The hotel has a great location, just a bit away from the busy Times Square, which was a nice break. The rooms were spacious and clean, although there was a funky smell in some areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the dining options could definitely be improved as breakfast was very limited. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are areas for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to major attractions, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, the dining options were quite limited, and the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired as they didn’t change the linens during my stay. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you prioritize location over other amenities.

Rooms

The rooms were a decent size, but I expected better cleanliness; they left the same linens on my bed for five days.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near some great restaurants and not too far from Times Square. The rooms were quite small but served our needs adequately. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, I was bothered by a constant knocking noise from the air conditioning unit, which detracted from the overall comfort. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the noise issue was frustrating.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from Grand Central and other attractions, making it very convenient. The rooms were newly refurbished and really comfortable, but the view was quite disappointing as it overlooked an alley. The staff was polite and helpful, though some services could have been better. Overall, I felt the prices didn't quite match the value for the experience I had.

Rooms

Overall, it was a great value for money with some minor drawbacks.
